Walking Fitness with Liz: Challenge Extra

Join Liz for a bespoke 1:1 fitness session tailored to your needs.
To give walkers a guide, these sessions are appropriate for you if you might walk/run/cycle more than 5km, at least 3 times a week.
After assessing your current fitness level, Liz will lead you through a combination of exercises to build your cardiorespiratory fitness, core strength and stamina whilst walking through the beautiful Bristol landscape.
The session will be tailored to your fitness level to ensure the exercise challenge is appropriate to you.
Locations will be dependent on a walker’s ability, training requirements and the time of the session, but could be at: Ashton Court, Blaise, or Paradise Bottom (Leigh Woods).
After booking this activity Liz will contact you to arrange your teaching session at a time and location to suit you. Please ensure all new participants have completed the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire before sessions begin.
