Friendly sessions with a good level of fitness challenge at your own level. Great Technique tips too. Highly recommended!

Looking forward to the New Year and to Katie’s new Challenge Plus fitness workouts.
Challenge Plus is a great way to start the week by raising the spirits as well as the heart rate.

Love the Challenge Plus Nordic Fitness: to sum up fitness, fresh air, variety and fun with excellent tuition which challenges you & is tailored to your needs. It’s a sociable way to explore Bristol’s varied green spaces and meet new people too.
Gill Head –
I have been Nordic Walking for 3 years. If like me you are not a fan of exercise in a sweaty gym but really want to get fit and love being out in nature, then Nordic Walking is for you! My fitness has progressed over the years and I am now enjoying the Challenge Plus sessions. The exercise suits each individual. It’s not a one size fits all and always fun. The Seasonal Walks are an added bonus and a way to meet fellow walkers and make friends. Give it a go!

Since starting with Nordic4 last year, my fitness levels are so much better but in some ways more importantly, it’s just so much fun. Lovely companionship and interesting walks, what’s not to like?
