Challenge Plus Nordic Walking Group


£10.00 (1 hour session)

Mon: 8-9am / Wed: 9.30-10.30am (starting from June)


Join Katie and start your day with the early birds and be invigorated as you walk at a faster pace making full use of your Advanced INWA Nordic Walking Technique for a full upper / lower body and cardiorespiratory workout. Great fun and a great workout!

Sessions focus on Interval walking fitness and walking endurance exercises, all using the Advanced INWA Nordic Walking Technique, the terrain of the Downs, Leigh Woods, Blaise and Ashton Court to full effect.

Note: These sessions may include walking on steep hills.

These sessions are available to walkers who have completed a Nordic4 Beginners Follow Up Course or Technique Top Up Course with Katie.

    I have been Nordic Walking with Katie for 3 years. If like me you are not a fan of exercise in a sweaty gym but really want to get fit and love being out in nature, then Nordic Walking is for you! My fitness has progressed over the years and I am now enjoying the Challenge Plus sessions. Katie will always make sure that the exercise suits each individual. It’s not a one size fits all and always fun. The Seasonal Walks are an added bonus and a way to meet fellow walkers and make friends. Give it a go!

    Since starting with Nordic4 last year, my fitness levels are so much better but in some ways more importantly, it’s just so much fun. Lovely companionship and interesting walks, what’s not to like?
