Come Nordic Walking Group

Wednesday 10am-11am


Join Emma for a friendly, small group weekly session that is suitable for those who would like to Nordic Walk on flat ground at a comfortable pace for an hour. This is a tailored and supportive exercise programme to improve fitness and well-being as well as developing balance and coordination.

These sessions are available to walkers who have completed a Nordic4 Beginners Follow Up Course or Technique Top Up Course with Katie.
