Come Nordic Walking Group


£10.00 (1 hour session)

Wednesday 10am-11am


Join Katie for a friendly, small group weekly session that is suitable for those who would like to Nordic Walk on flat ground at an easy pace for an hour. This is a tailored and supportive exercise programme to improve fitness and well-being as well as developing balance and coordination.

To attend these sessions you must have attended a Nordic4 Beginners Follow Up Course or have experience in Nordic Walking.
