Ready to take your Nordic Walking to the next level? Introducing Nordic 4’s new Nordic Blast Sessions for a Summer and early Autumn evening. – high-intensity Nordic Walks designed to help you build endurance and increase your fitness level for longer, more challenging walks. Join our group of Nordic walkers on a Wednesday evening and experience the benefits of Nordic 4’s expert guidance and support.

These sessions are for walkers Nordic walking at a Challenging and Challenge Plus Level.

What To Wear

Clothing

Please ensure you wear layers of clothing to keep warm. Long loose trousers, a shirt, a fleece or sweatshirt and then a lightweight cagoule/waterproof coat in the event of rain. These layers can then be removed or then added one layer at a time if needs be.

Footwear

Walking boots with a flexible sole and with a deep tread are best footwear.

    The blast session added a new dimension to the NW technique where the heart came to the fore and made us consider how we use it to gain maximum benefit. The aerobic session is taken at an individual pace. Felt so much better for it.

    Nordic Blast is an excellent work out. Katie carefully plans the walks so they’re challenging while at the right fitness level. She provides excellent teaching. I’m looking forward to the next walk.
