Nordic4Teens Free Taster Session

Please ensure all participants have completed the Nordic4Kids Consent Form before attending this session.

This is a free Nordic4Teens session for all teens aged 11-18 (school years Y6-Y13).

“My 12-year-old started walking with Nordic4 a few months ago. He absolutely loves it. Katie and the team are brilliant and the other ‘teen’ walkers really friendly. He also finds the movement and technique of Nordic walking really relaxing and a great way to start a Sunday morning. It’s brilliant you don’t need to commit to every week, and can sign up for an hour or a two-hour session. Also great that they run taster sessions, so you can try before signing up.”
