I can’t believe how fun it was.  At the end of the day I’m normally very tired but I think because it was new and different and outside I loved it and I found lots of energy. It made me feel good and I was excited with all the different activities. It has helped me want to try more new sports. I didn’t know walking could be so exciting! First of all I was worried as I didn’t have any close friends doing it but I made new friends and it was fun. I think I can exercise for longer now.  - Y5 Pupil

The sessions engage pupils in their surroundings, noticing the seasons and nature, making the most of being outside in the fresh air.

Playing Nordic makes me happy. I like to chat and walk. It has taught me about leaves and stuff. I want to carry on. It’s nice to have fresh air. Y4 Pupil
