Bookings

Bookings can be made using our online booking system and payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your activity session. If making a booking over the phone or in person, payment must be received prior to the start of the lesson.

Online bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance on a first-come-first-served basis. No reservations on booking slots can be made without payment in full.

Pole loan / return

Poles can be loaned for practise during a five week block, for a cost of £50. Payment must be received by the start of the five week block and poles must be returned at the end of the last session.

Reschedules/Cancellations

In the event that Nordic4 is not be able to deliver a session due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the booked session will either be  rescheduled or cancelled.

Customers can choose to cancel or reschedule a booking made through our online booking system up to 24 hours of the commencement date/time of the booked session. You can do this by logging into My Account > Bookings or by contacting us to arrange another suitable date.

For all reschedules, you will be contacted with details of the rescheduled session.

For all cancellations, a coupon will be issued to your Nordic4 account for you to use on your next Nordic4 booking.

Coupons

Please note:

  • Once a coupon has been used against an order it can’t be reused.
  • No change is given on coupons therefore you are advised to use the whole value of the coupon against a single order.
  • No refund will be given on coupons already used on an order. If a booking is cancelled on an order where a coupon was used as part payment, you will receive a coupon only to the value of money you have paid.
  • Coupons may take up to 72 hours to appear in your Nordic4 account.

You can view coupons issued in My Account > Orders. We advise you to keep a personal track record of your coupons.
